This sweepstake is open to anyone above the age of 13 and is a legal resident of a participating App Store country, which for once, we in Singapore are eligible for it.
But for some of us who owns an account in the US App Store, do take note that you need to be a legal resident of the country, so do switch to the Singapore App Store before you try downloading the 10,000,000,000^th^ app.
