Apple has started rolling out pieces of the puzzle that is “iOS 5″:http://apple.com/ios and “iCloud”:https://www.icloud.com/. We will be updating the site as and when these pieces are out for you to download/install.
Available right now:
- iTunes 10.5 – “is out for installing”:http://www.apple.com/itunes/
- iOS 5 – with 200 new features – update via iTunes 10.5
- OSX Lion – 10.7.2 to be released with iCloud support – update via System Update
- iCloud – North Carolina Datacenter into full production – “site is up”:https://www.icloud.com/ and
- MobileMe to iCloud migration – “User account migration”:http://www.me.com is available as well.
- Find my Friends – is available for iOS 5 user and can download when you access “iCloud.com”:http://www.icloud.com with your iOS device
- Airport Utility for iOS – not related but part of the PC-less world where you can manage your Airport routers via an app (“download now”:http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/airport-utility/id427276530?mt=8&ls=1)
- iWork for iOS5 – Updates to iWork for iCloud – update via App Store
- iWork for OSX – Updates to iWork for iCloud
- iPhoto 9.2 on OSX – iCloud enabled iLife including PhotoStream for iPhoto (“direct download”:http://support.apple.com/downloads/DL1462/en_US/iPhoto9.2Update.dmg)
- Aperture 3.2 – Photostream for Aperture (“direct download”:http://support.apple.com/downloads/DL1463/en_US/Aperture3.2Update.dmg)
- Apple TV – Firmware upgrades to enable PhotoStream and iOS5 Airplay
